• Account information, such as username, email address, authentication provider, avatar, and profile settings.
• Gameplay information, such as quiz attempts, answers, scores, ranks, achievements, battle results, friend requests, and game history.
• Pack and creator content, such as pack titles, descriptions, categories, difficulty, questions, answers, images, and publication status.
• AI creation inputs, such as prompts and draft pack details submitted when using AI pack generation.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, app events, error logs, and approximate location inferred from network data.

Quiz Ascend may offer paid premium features, including AI pack generation, additional official packs, and profile customization benefits. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We may receive limited billing information from payment providers, such as subscription status, plan, renewal date, cancellation status, payment confirmation, billing country, and the last four digits or brand of a card where available.

• Create and manage your account.
• Run quizzes, battles, rankings, achievements, friends, notifications, and profile features.
• Generate, review, moderate, and improve quiz packs, including AI-assisted pack creation.
• Provide premium access, process subscription status, prevent payment abuse, and respond to billing support requests.
• Detect bugs, prevent fraud, protect users, enforce rules, and keep the service reliable.
• Analyze feature usage so we can improve gameplay, creator tools, and app performance.

Some activity is intended to be visible to other users. Public profile information may include your username, avatar, ranks, achievements, created packs, leaderboard placement, and public game activity.

Published quiz packs may be playable by other users and may show creator attribution. Do not include private personal information in pack titles, descriptions, questions, answers, prompts, or images.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to operate Quiz Ascend, comply with law, protect users, or complete actions you request.

• Service providers that help with hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, email, storage, AI generation, payments, and customer support.
• Other users, when information is part of public profiles, leaderboards, friend features, battles, or published packs.
• Legal, safety, or fraud-prevention recipients when required by law or needed to protect Quiz Ascend, users, or the public.
• Successor organizations if Quiz Ascend is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

When you use AI pack generation, your prompts and related pack details may be sent to AI service providers to create draft quiz content. Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, so creators should review and edit it before publishing.

Avoid submitting sensitive personal information, confidential information, payment details, health information, government identifiers, or private information about other people in AI prompts or pack content.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme, protect accounts, measure performance, and understand how the app is used.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information where reasonably possible. Some records may remain for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or financial reporting reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use a strong password, keep your login credentials private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Update account information from your profile settings where available.
• Control what you publish by editing or unpublishing creator content where supported.
• Cancel premium subscriptions through the payment or app-store flow used to subscribe.
• Request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to processing where applicable law gives you those rights.
• Opt out of non-essential communications where an unsubscribe or preference control is provided.

Quiz Ascend is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Quiz Ascend changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or by email.
